What is Running Fit Box?
Running Fit Box is a subscription box tailored specifically to the training and recovery needs of a runner. Each quarter you will receive about 10 different product/services that will assist you with your running.
How do I sign up for the Running Fit Box?
There are a few different options for you to purchase the Quarterly Box.
You can sign up to the Quarterly subscription, wherein a week before each quarter you will be charged for the upcoming quarterly box. You will only need to sign up once – your order will automatically renew for each new quarter. You can cancel at any time.
You can also purchase a One off box for that upcoming Quarter. So if you purchase the Autumn Box that is the only box you will get.
There is also a Yearly subscription option where you can sign up and pay for the full year of boxes upfront. The yearly subscription will automatically re-subscribe on the anniversary of your initial order if you do not cancel it. You can cancel at any time.

How does Running Fit Box Work?
Running Fit Box is a quarterly subscription. Each quarter you will receive a new box with different products. You will only sign up once and each quarter your subscription is automatically renewed. You will be charged for the subscription box on the 15th day of the month before the new quarter or season.
i.e. you will be charged for the Summer box which will be delivered on the 1st December on the 15th November.
You will be charged for the Autumn box on the 15th of February, as this box will be delivered on the 1st March.
If you do not love Running Fit Box, you have the option to cancel at anytime.
The price of the quarterly Running Fit Box is $49.95. Shipping is $9.95 per box.
Your Running Fit Box will be shipped on the 1st day of each new season, i.e. summer, autumn etc so that you have it in time for your training during the new quarter/season.
You can expect your box to arrive anywhere from 2-5 days after the delivery date for metro areas. For any regional areas, the delivery will take a little longer.
Should the first day of the season fall on a weekend, we will post the box on the Monday following.
What’s Inside Running Fit Box?
Each quarter you will receive a different range of products which will cover your pre, during and post nutrition and recovery. Such items will include gels, energy drinks, recovery bars, protein products and general running accessories for training and recovery.
How many boxes do I get per year?
As long as you keep your subscription active for new season/quarter of a year, you will receive 4 boxes.
How does Running Fit Box choose what goes in the box?
The Running Fit Box team have years of experience in running and long endurance events. The products supplied in the boxes are products we have used or would use to compliment our training. We will choose brands that are suitable for runners in training and recovery. Our focus is to source products that are available within Australia in most cases.
We believe in good training and recovery practices and will endeavour to provide products that we believe you will love as much as we do for your running and health.
How does billing work?
The subscription will renew on the 15th of every month. You will be automatically charged from the account nominated when you first sign up.
The yearly subscription will renew on the anniversary of your initial order.
When is the monthly deadline?/When will I receive my first box?
If you are new to Running Fit Box and sign up by the 15th of the month before the new season, then you will receive your first box on the first day of the season.
i.e. sign up by 15th May, you will receive the Winter box on the 1st of June.
Throughout the season, we may be able to have a second shipment of boxes depending on the demand. So you sign up after this date you may be able to still get the new season box. Otherwise you will need to wait for the following season to start.
I just wanted one Running Fit Box, why have I been charged again?
Running Fit Box Quarterly box is a subscription service, just like when you subscribe to a magazine – you will continue to pay for, and receive the service until you decide to cancel.
You can purchase a one off box for the season.
Where and how do you ship?
Each quarterly box will be delivered using Sendle couriers. The shipping cost is a flat rate fee of $9.95 per delivery. Alternative couriers or postage options may need to be used for some regions.
Please note we can not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
The delivery of each box will be sent on the first day of the new season. The estimated time for delivery is 2-5 days. Please note, this could be a little be longer for some regional areas.
Do you ship internationally?
Running Fit Box does not currently ship internationally. We only currently ship within Australia.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription through the Manage your Subscription link. You must cancel your subscription no later then 2 days before the next payment is due to be debited from your account. Your subscription will automatically renew if you have not cancelled in time.
You also have an option to skip a quarter if you do not want to cancel your subscription completely. You can manage this in the Manage your Subscription link.
Alternatively, if you wish to cancel your subscription you can also email email@example.com.
If you do not cancel your subscription more than 2 days prior to the payment date, your payment will be processed for the next Running Fit Box, and your box will be shipped to you.
How can I change my account details? i.e. update my bank details or postal address
You can update your address details through the Manage your Subscription link. Please ensure that all details are changed prior to five days before shipment to ensure that payments are processed properly and goods are shipped correctly.
What is your refund policy?
Running Fit Box does not offer refunds for any boxes, and will not accept returned boxes. This includes no partial refunds. If there are extreme circumstances as to why the box will need to be refunded, Running Fit Box will review your case at its discretion.
What payment options do you accept?
We use a Shopify payment gateway for the quarterly subscription box, which will be set up as a direct debit.
We accept PayPal, where you can either use your PayPal account or credit/debit card for the prepaid one off purchase and the yearly prepaid option.

What is the Running Fit Hub?
The Running Fit Hub is an online membership program offering you awesome discounts to products and services, events as well as giving you access to industry professionals and advise and knowledge to help you be your healthiest, running best.
The hub is about supporting and motivating each other to love our running and our health. Its an opportunity to meet new people, be part of a community and just have doing what we all love which is running.
How does it work?
The annual fee to be a Running Fit Hub member is $50. This will automatically renew on the anniversary of you initially becoming a hub member. You have the option to cancel your subscription at anytime, but you will not be refunded your fee or part of your fee if you cancel during the year.
Each member that signs up with be able to access the member only area of the hub.
Can I share my log in details with my family and friends?
The exclusive offers are only available to the paid up member. Any member found sharing the exclusive offers with non-members will have their membership cancelled and banned from being part of the hub program again.
Our partners will share the names of the members who have used the discount codes. We will monitor the use of the codes regularly. This is a hub promoting fairness, support and collaborating with each other and our partners and we seek your cooperation to keep this fair and honest.
